Sunbelt is working with a school district in the Anoka, Minnesota area that is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This school-based position supports students in an elementary setting with academic instruction, classroom routines, and behavioral support.
Position Summary:
This role focuses on supporting classroom learning and helping students stay engaged throughout the school day. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide both academic assistance and behavioral guidance in a structured school environment.

What Youll Be Doing:
Assist students during classroom instruction and learning activities
Provide support with behavior management and redirection as needed
Work with students in 1:1 and small group settings
Help reinforce classroom expectations and teacher-led lessons
Support daily classroom routines and student engagement
Requirements:
Must pass the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Para Educator Exam (MN Para Educator Exam)
Minimum of 60 college credits required (transcripts must be submitted)
Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to support student behavior and learning needs
