Support the success of middle school students as a contract paraprofessional in a resource classroom setting. This full-time opportunity starts immediately and continues through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. Work alongside dedicated educators, fostering student engagement and academic growth each day.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One of the following:
  • At least two years of college credits (approximately 60 semester credits) from an accredited institution
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Passing score on an approved basic skills test (such as ParaPro Assessment or ParaEducator assessments)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
• Reliability and enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing instructional activities under the direction of the classroom teacher
• Support individualized students in a resource classroom
• Help manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions
• Promote positive learning habits and encourage student participation
• Monitor student progress and document observations as required
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom atmosphere
