Support students daily learning and growth as a dedicated contract paraprofessional working with K-12 learners in a specialized setting. This full-time opportunity begins September 8, 2026, and concludes December 7, 2026, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule: 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM. As a member of a skilled team, youll make a meaningful difference in the academic and personal development of students within a Setting 4 program, helping foster a positive and inclusive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Highly qualified status required via ONE of the following:
  • Successful completion of the MN Board Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam
  • At least 60 college credits, documented with official transcripts (diplomas/degree certificates not accepted)
• Experience supporting students in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to supporting students with varying needs and backgrounds
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and individualized student support
• Implement accommodations and modifications in alignment with student plans
• Supervise students to maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement throughout the school day
• Assist with classroom management and help reinforce learning objectives
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
