Step into a pivotal role supporting high school students in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position offers a meaningful opportunity for paraprofessionals to contribute directly to positive student outcomes across multiple school sites. Youll provide essential support in daily classroom activities, individualized instruction, and personal care.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with students in a school-based setting is preferred
• Readiness to assist with toileting and provide hands-on student support as needed
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, adhering to the established school schedule
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in navigating students varied needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work directly with high school students to promote engagement, participation, and learning
• Assist teachers with classroom management and implementation of lesson plans
• Provide individualized instructional and behavioral support
• Support students with special needs, including help with mobility and toileting
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
• Maintain consistent communication with staff and participate in team meetings as needed
• Adapt to changing assignments across various school locations based on district needs

This is an onsite role, requiring a commitment of 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Assignments may vary to help meet school and district priorities.
