This role centers around providing 1:1 support to K-12 students with mild to moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavior support needs, offering you the chance to impact young lives every day in a rewarding educational setting.

Your assignment will begin as soon as possible and extend through June 4th, 2027, with a consistent 37.5 hours per week schedule throughout the school year. Youll work closely with educators and support staff in a collaborative environment focused on student achievement and well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a behavior technician or paraprofessional in Washington State
• Strong background in ABA or behavioral support strategies
• Demonstrated success in supporting students with ASD, particularly in 1:1 settings
• Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized support for students with ASD and behavioral needs
• Implement positive interventions in alignment with IEPs and student behavior plans
• Assist teachers and staff in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom climate
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team
• Support students social, emotional, and academic development in real time
