Ideal Qualifications:

• Active PARA License (State/Discipline-specific licensure required)
• Experience as a Paraprofessional or in a school-based support role preferred
• Familiarity with state and district guidelines for paraprofessional staff
• Ability to assist in implementing IEPs, individualized instruction, and behavioral strategies
• Adaptability to work with various age groups, including preschool and elementary students

What Youll Do:

• Support teachers with classroom management and daily instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with diverse needs
• Assist with behavior redirection and promote an inclusive classroom environment
• Implement lesson plans, adaptations, and accommodations under the direction of certified staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in team meetings as needed
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
