This position seeks a dedicated paraprofessional to support educational staff and contribute to the success of students. The role involves assisting teachers with instructional activities, providing individualized support to students, and helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Assist students with learning tasks and help address their academic and behavioral needs.
- Support classroom management and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
- Monitor student progress and assist with documentation and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
