What Youll Bring:

• Active Paraprofessional Certification (Parapro Cert)
• Experience working with high school students, particularly those with diverse learning needs, is preferred
• Ability to provide supportive, patient, and positive assistance in a classroom setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators and staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Provide individualized support for students, adapting to their learning styles and needs
