In this position, youll work part time, Monday through Friday from 8:15am to 1:45pm. Youll collaborate with passionate educators to provide classroom support, assist with activities, and ensure each child feels valued and included. Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience working with children under 11 years old
• Previous experience in a teachers assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional support role is highly valued
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children
• Ability to adapt to classroom routines and support diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with group and individualized instruction
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture
• Provide support to children with mild to moderate disabilities in both integrated and self-contained settings
• Help implement activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Aid in managing classroom organization and student transitions
