Desired Experience and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering individualized instruction and classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students based on their needs
• Help implement behavior management strategies under teacher guidance
• Support students with physical, emotional, or learning challenges throughout the school day
• Aid with classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and supervision during activities
