Job Description

This onsite position is designed for a dedicated OT ready to work 20 hours per week, supporting a caseload of preschool and elementary students. Key Qualifications:

  • Active MA Occupational Therapy License required
  • Background or experience with school-based pediatric OT services
  • Familiarity with IEPs and special education environments preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address the developmental, sensory, and motor needs of preschool and elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school guidelines
  • Provide consultative support and recommendations for classroom adaptations
