Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience working with school-aged children (PreK8th grade) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students developmental, perceptual, and functional needs
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative services to teachers, families, and education teams
- Contribute to positive school culture and student achievement
