Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children (PreK8th grade) preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students developmental, perceptual, and functional needs
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide consultative services to teachers, families, and education teams
  • Contribute to positive school culture and student achievement
