What were seeking:

  • Valid Arizona OT license (required)
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card for school-based settings
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time, 40-hour workweek with adaptability and reliability

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across PreK-8th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting academic, functional, and social participation
  • Provide direct therapy services onsite, collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into daily classroom activities
  • Advise and educate caregivers and school personnel on student needs and progress
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with all regulations and school requirements
