What were seeking:
- Valid Arizona OT license (required)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card for school-based settings
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time, 40-hour workweek with adaptability and reliability
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across PreK-8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting academic, functional, and social participation
- Provide direct therapy services onsite, collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into daily classroom activities
- Advise and educate caregivers and school personnel on student needs and progress
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with all regulations and school requirements
