Your expertise will play a vital role in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to each students unique needs, collaborating closely with educators, support staff, and families.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license (OK OT License)
• Prior experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of developmental, physical, sensory, and environmental factors affecting students
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs
• Develop and execute individualized therapy programs based on assessments and IEP goals
• Document progress and adjust plans in accordance with student growth
• Work directly with teachers, staff, and families to maximize each students participation in classroom and extracurricular activities
• Provide ongoing consultation and resources to school teams and caregivers
• Maintain documentation and comply with all relevant state, district, and federal guidelines
