Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid and current OT license for Michigan
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based settings
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads, conduct evaluations, and develop IEPs
• Collaborative approach to supporting student learning and development

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Work with teachers and staff to adapt classroom materials and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports in a timely manner
• Educate and communicate with families regarding their childs progress and strategies for ongoing support
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed
