Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable

- Positive, collaborative approach with teachers, families, and support staff
- Organizational skills for caseload management and progress documentation
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students ranging from elementary to high school
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classroom and resource settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Partner with educators and families to promote inclusive, student-centered solutions
- Document progress, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Adapt intervention strategies to maximize students participation in school environments
