What Were Looking For:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) licenserequired
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full K-12 caseload and adapt strategies to meet the needs of different age groups
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory-processing, and daily living skills
• Maintain current records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress evaluation
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services on campus
