As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, youll work directly with students, families, and educators to identify needs, develop intervention plans, and foster student growth. Youll support children across a diverse range of abilities, helping them increase independence and achieve their academic and developmental goals.

What Were Looking For:

• Current MI OT License required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
• Comfortable serving a K-12 caseload in an onsite school environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for creating accessible, empowering learning spaces
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate OT strategies within classrooms
• Track progress and communicate effectively with families and the educational team
• Adapt interventions to meet each students needs and IEP goals
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
