Qualifications:

• Current and valid Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience in a school-based OT position preferred (preK-high school)
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to move between multiple school settings
• Passion for fostering student growth and participation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT assessments and implement individualized therapy plans
• Work with students aged preK through high school on sensory, motor, and functional skills
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between 35 schools, all within a short drive
