Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students within a vibrant educational setting on a contract basis. Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school or pediatric environment
• Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs or 504 plans
• Monitor progress and make recommendations for modifications as needed
• Complete accurate records, reports, and documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and advocating for student needs
• Educate and support staff and parents regarding therapy goals and strategies
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
