Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced educational environment
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and progress tracking

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and update individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding classroom strategies and student accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
