What were looking for:

• Current Ohio occupational therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations across varying age groups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy interventions
• Organized, adaptable, and dedicated to student success

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive OT evaluations for students at all academic levels
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the educational setting
• Delivering direct therapy services and group interventions
• Consulting with teachers and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies in the classroom
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student goal development
