Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current Michigan occupational therapist license is required.
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to determine needs and establish individualized therapy plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to tailor interventions and monitor progress.
• Contribute to IEP development and participate in meetings, providing expert input on accommodations and resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation to track student goals, services provided, and progress.
