Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working in schools, home health, or pediatric healthcare preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation
• Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of best practices for delivering OT interventions in both classroom and home settings
• Effective time management and adaptable approach to caseloads and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative support within schools, homes, or community environments
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to integrate OT goals into daily routines and educational activities
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate and support families and school staff on OT interventions and adaptive strategies
