Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current or eligible North Carolina State OT license
  • NBCOT certification
  • Ability to complete mandatory background checks and fingerprinting
  • Background in school-based or pediatric OT preferred; open to all licensed OTs with a passion for youth therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to K12 students in school settings
  • Conduct functional assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students individual needs and IEP goals
  • Lead and participate in team meetings, contributing to holistic student success
  • Keep accurate, timely documentation and progress notes
