As an Occupational Therapist in this dynamic K12 setting, youll provide vital direct and indirect therapy services tailored to students individual education plans (IEPs). Your work will span 24 local school sites (elementary, middle, and high school), ensuring variety in your caseload. The assignment features guaranteed weekly hours, paid time for administrative duties, and built-in team collaboration, so you can focus on what matters most: student growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to students, in line with IEP goals
• Complete functional assessments, plan treatment, and write progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to foster student success
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute your expertise to goal planning
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with best practices

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active (or eligible) North Carolina OT license
• NBCOT certification
• Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, though clinicians passionate about youth therapy are encouraged to apply
