This position runs from August 25, 2026, through November 13, 2026, and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours each week. You'll collaborate with educational teams and families to promote student participation and independence within the academic environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Delaware
• Experience supporting pediatric populations (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans in a school setting
• Collaborative approach when working with educators, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments for students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Develop and execute evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
• Advocate for students' access to school environments and educational materials
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and caregivers regarding progress and recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
