Key Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia (VA OT license required)
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Solid understanding of IEP documentation and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to needs across multiple schools
• Familiarity with school-based therapy best practices
