Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Skilled in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
• Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable, organized, and able to manage caseload priorities
• Passionate about fostering an inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress reports per school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise in OT-related student needs
• Support staff in implementing classroom strategies and accommodations
