Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state, or eligibility for state licensure
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload of students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional levels and develop appropriate therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to documentation, and review student progress regularly
• Offer consultative support and training for school personnel regarding OT strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all school and district documentation requirements
