Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license for the state or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to team up with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:
- Assess students abilities and determine therapeutic needs

- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for accommodations or modifications
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and best practices
- Provide consultation and training to staff to ensure consistency in support strategies
