Seeking a dedicated and skilled professional experienced in providing Occupational Therapy services within educational settings. The successful candidate will deliver therapy to support student achievement and promote participation in academic and social activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Background in delivering OT services in K-12 schools
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Adaptable to varying caseloads and school environments
• Previous experience with assessments and progress monitoring in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students functional abilities within the school environment
• Create treatment plans tailored to students unique strengths and challenges
• Provide direct therapy services as indicated on students IEPs
• Consult with educators and families to support carryover of OT strategies in the classroom and at home
• Maintain thorough records of student goals, treatment progress, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student success
• Adjust interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness and progress
