Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current MA Occupational Therapy License required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans
  • Passion for working with young children

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to preschool and elementary students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document student progress and maintain detailed records
  • Adapt interventions to support learning and participation in school activities
  • Participate in meetings and professional development sessions
