Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Comfort working with K-12 students, including elementary, middle, and high school
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to create engaging and effective individualized intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students needs and develop customized intervention strategies
• Deliver occupational therapy services individually and in groups, based on student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and progress
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with school protocols
• Provide input during IEP meetings and contribute to a team-oriented approach
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
