Job Description
An occupational therapy position is available within a school setting in West Fargo, ND. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential support and intervention to students, helping them develop the skills necessary for academic success and daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students physical, sensory, and cognitive needs related to school performance.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust therapy goals as needed.
- Provide consultation on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with certification appropriate for the state.
