Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and relevant documentation
• Excellent communication skills to work with students, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Proficient in assessments, progress monitoring, and reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in grades PreK-12
• Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and develop measurable goals
• Implement tailored interventions to support students academic and functional performance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective learning strategies
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and referrals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Ensure services comply with guidelines set by educational and professional standards
