Qualifications and Experience:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Experience within school environments supporting a diverse student population is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists
• Proficiency with assessment, goal setting, and creating individualized OT intervention plans
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students based on IEP/504 plans
• Conduct thorough evaluations and use assessment results to develop actionable strategies
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and at home
• Document progress and maintain required compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and support transition planning
• Advocate for students needs and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
