What Youll Bring:

• Valid occupational therapy license (New York preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
• Comfort supporting primary school-aged children (K-3)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both education professionals and families
• Adaptability to varying needs and learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of students in grades K-3
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and required documentation efficiently
• Consult with teachers and participate in team meetings, providing strategies to support classroom success
• Provide therapy in-person and virtually as needed, ensuring continuity of care
• Support transitions and address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill needs relevant to early childhood development
