Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois OT license required
- Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience highly valued
- Confidence working with life skills and autism classrooms

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group OT services to a caseload of approximately 36-40 students
- Develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Support life skills development and facilitate adaptive strategies for students with autism and other low-incidence needs
