Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Nevada (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and other school professionals
• Capable of providing services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong ability to assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Effective organizer with excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt classroom environments and promote inclusion
• Deliver both direct interventions and consultative support to meet diverse student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student planning and goal setting
• Educate school staff and families on therapeutic strategies and resources
