Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license and relevant state credentials
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment is highly desired

- Ability to develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication abilities
- Adaptability to work effectively within a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students needs and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to maximize student success
- Provide direct therapy services to support fine motor, sensory, and life skills development
- Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records according to school requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings, goal-setting, and progress reviews
- Offer training and resources to school staff to create supportive classroom environments
