Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based environments
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Familiarity with sensory processing, fine motor development, and adaptive strategies for young children

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy services to preschool and elementary students onsite
  • Conduct assessments to determine students needs and establish functional, achievable goals
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support students development and learning
  • Maintain thorough documentation and required reporting in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of specialized educational programs
  • Stay current with best practices and engage in ongoing professional development
