Key Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience working in school-based settings highly preferred
• Strong ability to support students across all grade levels, from elementary through high school
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process
• Passion for helping students develop essential life and academic skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students to determine areas of need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with students IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to ensure well-rounded support
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely therapy records
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in ongoing staff development
