Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred

• Passion for helping students achieve educational and functional goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional performance in the classroom
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in conjunction with educational teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, progress reports, and therapy sessions
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and provide input for goals and accommodations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students educational success
• Consult and offer strategies for classroom adaptations and modifications to promote inclusion and independence
