Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites near Warren, MI. Youll work onsite, supporting a dedicated caseload of 30-40 students, helping them reach their full potential throughout the school year. This role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 2027, offering consistency and the chance to make a lasting impact in school-based practice.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current licensure to practice occupational therapy in Michigan
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with educational teams
• Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic intervention and individualized care
• Please note: This position is not open to COTA applicants, as onsite supervision is not available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of student needs
• Deliver effective therapy services, both direct and consultative, in accordance with each students IEP or 504 plan
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward therapeutic goals
• Support the development and adaptation of classroom materials and environments
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to interdisciplinary teamwork

This position provides a stable, full-time workweek of approximately 32.5 hours and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students and educators.
