Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K5, supporting their educational goals and individual IEPs.
• Utilize expertise in school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare OT settings as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and maximize student success.
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan OT license required.
• Proven experience in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy highly valued.
• Strong understanding of IEP process and ability to individualize therapy plans.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for fostering development and academic achievement in elementary-aged students.

• 22 hours per week across 23 days
