This full-time contract opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate closely with a dedicated team of onsite OTs, focusing on students with cognitive impairments, all within one central program location. Youll work 35 hours each week, ensuring a stable and engaging routine.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT license (state requirements must be met)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting highly valued
• Strong skills supporting students with cognitive impairments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students with cognitive disabilities, fostering growth, independence, and inclusion
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and other OTs
• Maintain precise records and progress notes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and ongoing progress discussions
• Provide support, consultation, and training to teachers and families as needed
