Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Must be available to work onsite; virtual/remote work is not available for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services, evaluations, and interventions for students in grades K-8
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs
- Collaborate with educators and participate in meetings to help integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Engage with families to inform, support, and establish carryover activities at home
- Participate in a panel interview as part of the selection process
