- Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and students.
- Previous exposure to elementary age groups or pediatric caseloads preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining professional documentation and upholding ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to elementary school students.
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to promote student success in the classroom.
- Support students with fine motor, sensory-processing, and adaptive skill needs.
- Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions.
- Travel between assigned elementary schools as needed, based on caseload.
