Bring your background in pediatric occupational therapy and passion for therapy in school-based environments. Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals while providing both direct and consultative services, whether on site or virtually.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license, with eligibility in California
  • Experience providing OT services in school, home health, and/or healthcare settings
  • Skilled in teletherapy and in-person therapeutic interventions
  • Strong ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations across ages and needs
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Flexible mindset and adaptability to work in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students motor, sensory, and functional needs in compliance with IEP goals
  • Deliver occupational therapy sessions individually or in groups, in-person or via teletherapy
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to contribute goals, progress reports, and recommendations
  • Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and parents
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with school and district protocols
  • Adapt interventions to support student participation and access to the curriculum
