Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
- Previous experience delivering OT services in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy environments
- Ability to adapt intervention plans to diverse student needs
- Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Technological proficiency to support teletherapy sessions and digital documentation
- Current knowledge of best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and familiarity with IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students identified with OT needs
- Develop and implement individualized goals and therapy plans as part of the educational team
- Deliver flexible services in person, through teletherapy, and in home-based settings
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes consistent with school and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings, offering expertise to support student accommodations and learning success
- Collaborate actively with educators, parents, and caregivers to foster an inclusive environment
- Stay current with professional development to ensure delivery of high-quality services
