Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license and registration in California
  • Previous experience in schools, home health, healthcare settings, or teletherapy
  • Understanding of IEP documentation and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Adaptability and creativity in therapeutic planning and delivery
  • Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to students across all grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate OT goals into classroom routines and instruction
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress, services provided, and IEP requirements
  • Provide consultation and training to educational staff on OT best practices and accommodations
  • Deliver teletherapy services or in-home sessions as needed to support continuity of care
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
