Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments to identify students functional abilities and areas for growth
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans that address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to integrate occupational therapy goals into students daily routines
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation to support compliance and program effectiveness
• Offer consultative services and training to staff to foster inclusive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support
