Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience providing OT services in school-based settings
• Ability to work effectively with students at various grade levels, from elementary through high school
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Creative problem-solving and adaptive approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to determine OT needs within the educational environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective treatment plans and goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services individually and in small groups
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with education regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team processes
• Educate and support school personnel and families regarding interventions and accommodations
